terms of service

pretty please read before buying! if you dont, how do you know youre not selling your soul when you buy smth? huh?? fine print is important!
also, if you violate my terms, i have the right to blacklist you and warn other artists about any previous misconduct.

☆ shading is optional, but automatically included in all pricing!
☆ overall, please be patient with me. i work a part-time job and am a full-time college student. that being said, if your comm takes more than a month and i have no reasonable explanation, i will refund you and finish it on my own time.
I WILL:
☆ I WILL work with you as much as you're willing to work with me. i value your opinion and constructive criticism, please (kindly) be honest!
☆ I WILL mostly draw cats, but am open to other species as well as long as they are ferals (i am willing to try anthro!)
☆ I WILL draw pets or work from irl pics as long as i can get plenty of clear reference images/descriptions
☆ i will draw mild gore, horror themes, angst, etc. (If you're unsure if I am okay drawing something don't be afraid to ask!!)
☆ I WILL send wips and give updates on the piece if you ask, but you will not see any of the final product until i (respectfully) get that check
☆ i will refund you in full if you provide sufficient reasoning within 24 hours of having the final product. however, you will no longer have any ownership of the art afterwards and parts of it may be used for future pieces. this may include anything that is not unique to your character such as the background or general pose of the character. nothing unique to your character(s) would be used (design, scars, accessories, etc.) and I will consult you beforehand to ensure you are comfortable with it. this simply allows me to recycle and repurpose projects for other uses rather than having to scrap everything.

☆ i will not draw any kind of hate speech or anything i feel is offensive
☆ i will not draw any kind of nudity or nsfw content
☆ i will not tolerate my art being uncredited and/or traced
